Leadership In and for a Multicultural Church
With the growing multicultural face of parish life, the implications for serving these diverse communities are signficant. It is necessary to develop an understanding of how to provide leadership in these communities, as well as how to call forth and prepare leaders from a large diversity of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Phase II of the Project will conduct the first in-depth study of these realities.
